Once you begin therapy, your time-slot will be reserved exclusively for you. For this reason, I ask that all cancellations are made as far in advance as possible. I am aware that things can get in the way of attending your therapy session, and I ask that you give 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or completely unattended sessions, will count as missed sessions and will be charged in full. The full session fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours-notice. I may be able to provide you with an alternative session that week by telephone or remotely, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If your sessions are covered by health insurance, the same cancellation fees apply. You are personally responsible for these charges unless your insurance provider agrees to pay.
